Anthony Altamore of Arlington Heights Anthony "Tony" Altamore was born on March 11, 1925, in Chicago, to Carl and Lena Altamore. He died Monday, Dec. 17, 2012, in Arlington Heights. Tony was retired from Dupli-Graphic Processors where he was a lithographer. He loved music, cooking, puzzles and spending time with his family and friends. Tony is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Betty (nee Teresi); his daughters, Susan (Gene) Ekholm and Joanne (Matthew) Marsceau; his granddaughter, Rose Mary Jenson; and his great-grandchildren, Leah, Anthony and Wyatt Jenson. He was a beloved uncle to his nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Frank Altamore, Josephine Nasello and Lena Gasperini. Visitation will be from 3 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21, at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. He will lie in state from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
