Larry McDaniel was born on February 15, 1951, in Laurel County, Kentucky, the son of the late Raymond and Essie Allen McDaniel. He is survived by his children, Regina Miller (Donald Satterfield) and Jill Edwards (Jason), all of Corbin, Tonya Taylor (David) and Angela Blevins (Trevor), all of East Bernstadt, and Mike Proffitt of London, four sisters, Dallas Hibbitts (Ed), Irene Creech and Alene Shannon, all of London, and Lois Goosey (Walter) of Richmond. He is also survived by the mother of his daughters, Juanita Baker, of Corbin, twelve grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Heather Satterfield, Courtney and Ashley Napier, Noah and Christian Edwards, Blake Taylor, Ariel and Jasmine Bowling, Britney, Brandi and Trevor Blevins, plus a host of nieces, nephews and other friends and relatives to mourn his passing. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by one daughter, Amy Miller Wise, one sister, Norma McDaniel, two brothers, Ronnie Benge and Randall McDaniel and two sons-in-law, David Wise and Joey Bowling.
He was a painter and was of the Baptist faith.
Larry McDaniel departed this life at his residence on Wednesday, October 11, 2017, being 66 years, 7 months, and 26 days of age.
Funeral services for Larry McDaniel will be conducted at 2 PM Sunday in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Cecil Benge officiating. Burial will follow in A. R. Dyche Memorial Park in London.
