Addie Wilson, 93, of Duncan, OK passed away Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Duncan Regional Hospital.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00am Monday, Oct. 16, 2017 at Duncan Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home.
Addie was born November 5, 1923 at Loco, OK to Charley and Maggie (Ashton) Wilson. He married Arbutus Sloan. She preceded him in death on February 22, 1999.
He was employed as a private contractor, building roads and highways. He attended Chisholm Trail Church of Christ.
Addie is survived by one son, William L. "Bill" Wilson of Marlow, OK; a step-daughter, Wanda L. Arthur of Alexander, WV; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charley and Maggie Wilson; his wife, Arbutus Wilson; his brothers, Troy Wilson, J.W. Wilson, Bill Wilson, Tommie Wilson; and his sisters, Winona F. Pollard, Janie Corbin, Bertie Pruitt, Joy Brown and Dorthy Lewing.
