Fairy Bray, 82, Brookville, died early Tuesday, Dec. 8, 1987, in the Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was born April 8, 1905, in Jackson County, Ky., the daughter of Zack and Nancy McGeorge Howard. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Harold (Henrietta) Hamilton, Greensburg, Mrs. Dale (Billie Jean) Richter, Trenton, Ohio, and Pearl Bray, Brookville; one son, Marcus Bray, Brookville; one brother, Herman Howard, Buena Vista; three sisters, Mrs. Floyd Johnson, Cincinnati, Sarah McQueen, West Harrison, and Fanny Bond, Hamilton, Ohio; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Cook Funeral Home in Brookville.
Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the funeral home today from 4 to 8 p.m.
Memorials may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
