Fred was the son of Frederick Harper Bullman and Julia Margaret Risch Bullman. He graduated from Janesville, Wisconsin, High School and the University of Minnesota - Duluth. Fred had a difficult life and overcame many painful experiences. He was stubborn, intelligent, opinionated, caring and private. He told me, like a river, he just keeps rolling along. He loved wood working, cooking and music. Fred was married a couple of times in his life. The love of his life was his wife Jill. She died of cancer at a very young age. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gilbert "Jill", his parents; and a nephew.
