WILBUR W PEPPLE, 78, died Wednesday in St Joseph Medical Center.
The Huntertown native retired in 1968 as a mail carrier for the US Postal Service with 42 years of service. He was a member of the National Association of Letter Carriers.
Surviving are his wife Dorothy; a son Richard Pepple of Convent NJ; three sisters Rowene Warner, Marie Bireley, and Ruby McDougall all of Huntertown; and three grandchildren.
Services are 10:30 am Saturday in Klaehn's Wayne Street Chapel 420 W Wayne Street where calling is from 7 to 9 pm today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Friday. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens.
