Death of McCoy Baker
Well Known Shoe Maker Succumbs To Stomach Trouble.
McCoy Baker, familiarly known "Mac" Baker, died this morning at the home of his mother on South Pennsylvania avenue, from stomach trouble.
He was 50 years old and had lived in Webb City the last twenty-seven years, where he was engaged in the shoe makers business. His health has been poor for the past year, but was able to up, until a few weeks ago.
Besides his mother, he is survived by one brother Herman Baker of the Frisco Railroad Company.
The funeral will be conducted Thursday afternoon from the residence, and the interment will be made in the Webb City cemetery.
