Glenda Elizabeth Caldwell Robinson, 62, of Newton passed away Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville.
Glenda was born December 14, 1954 in Catawba County to the late Harley Rosoe Caldwell and Stella Drum Caldwell.
Glenda was a graduate of Bandys High School Class of 1973 and CVCC. She worked for McGuire Nuclear Station for 30 years. She was a member of Mt. Anderson Baptist Church in Maiden.
She is survived by:
Husband of 41 years: Richard “Rick” Robinson of the home
Daughter: Telisa R. Hunter and husband Michael of Mebane, NC
Son: Adam Robinson of the home
Mother: Stella Drum Caldwell of Newton
3 Brothers: Berry Caldwell and wife Julia of Terrell, Eddy Caldwell and wife Jill of Newton, Randy Caldwell and wife Robin of Newton
Numerous nieces and nephews
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at Mt. Anderson Baptist Church in Maiden with Rev. Donald Cline and Rev. Andrew Goodson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
