Billy is survived by his wife, Metha; 3 children, Ray Felton Summers, LaVetha Lynn (Michel S.) Random, and Stephan David (Debra) Summers; grandchildren, Jennifer (David) Werren, Christine Random, Malinda Randon, Brittany (Josh) Werth, Victoria (Stephen) Clark, and Lauren Summers; 4 great grandchildren, Chantae and Brandt Werren, Kaihlea and Patrick Werth; and a sister, Carmelita Reynolds.
Billy was a faithful husband for 60 years. He served his country in the Army. Billy was a jack of all trades, and worked as a machinist, welder and field mechanic, as well as a foreman for 5 years for Brownlee Morrow.
Memorial services and military honors will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, September 23, 2017, at Calvary Life Church, 5965 La Bath Ave. Rohnert Park, 94928.
