FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS. LUCY BISHOP
The Rev. C. A. Beery Conducted Funeral Held Saturday At Bethel Church

Funeral services for Mrs. Lucy Bishop, who died Thursday, June 29, at her home in Marion township, were conducted from Bethel Church on Saturday afternoon by the Rev. C. A. Beery. Burial was in Bethel Cemetery.

Deceased was born April 20, 1856, the daughter of Henry and Nancy Padgett. At the time of her death she was aged 66 years, 2 months and 9 days.

She was married in 1877 to Frank Bishop, who survives with eight children - William, Charles, Ida, Clarence, Harry, Carrie, Ray, and Ora Bishop. Two children, Nellie and Daisy, are deceased. Seventeen grandchildren are living. Two sisters, Mrs. Retta Duchemin and Mrs. Tilda Kinnick of Indianapolis, and two brothers, John Padgett, of Indianapolis, and James Padgett, of Missouri, also survive.
