Darla Gay Smith, 60, passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2017. She was born in Wynnewood, Oklahoma. She resided in Moore, Oklahoma for most of her life. Darla graduated from Moore High School and earned a bachelor's degree in nursing. She enjoyed a 30 year career at the Berrywood Apartment Cedar Creek Nursing Home and loved being a nurse part time. Darla had a passion for photography and adored her family. Darla is survived by her husband of 22 years, Tony; mother, Betty Cottrell; 2 sisters, Marsha White Andrews and Sandra Goode; 5 sons, Don and Darrell Smith; Eric, Kevin and Nathan Hadlock; 2 daughters, Desiree King and Deidra Banks; 13 grandchildren, Derrick, Dakota, Darbie, Dean, Dayton, Daemion, Dalaney, Dixie, Alexia, Dafnee, Drayvon, Briley and Kennedi; 1 great-grandchild, Daxton.
