She was born September 2, 1921 in Jonesville, VA the daughter of Silas and Mary Elizabeth (Smith) Levacy.
Mary had been employed for years at the Dayton Tire and Rubber Company in Dayton, Ohio.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband Emmett L. Minton on February 18, 2004 and a son Lawrence Edward Minton, two sisters and six brothers.
Mary and Emmett were married on June 13, 1959.
Survivors include her children, Clyde Edward "Butch" Dillman of CA, Lawrence Eugene Minton of Tipp City, Lucille Elizabeth Minton, of Huber Heights, Karen Daniel of West Alexandria, 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 12 great, great grandchildren, a brother Paul Levacy of CA, as well as several nieces, nephews other relatives and good friends.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 11AM at the McColaugh Funeral Home, Inc. 826 N. Detroit Street Xenia with Rev. Donald Payne officiating. Burial will follow services in the Valley View Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10-11 AM Tursday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.mccolaughfuneralhome.com
