Robert L. "Bob" Allrid

MACON - Robert L. "Bob" Allrid, 67, died Thursday, January 8, 2004, at his residence. Memorial services will be held at 11A.M. Saturday, January 10, 2004 in the chapel of Hart's Mortuary with the Reverend Michael Blankenship officiating.

Mr. Allrid was retired from Bellsouth with 35 years of service. He was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and the National Rifle Association. He was the son of the late James Barber Allrid, Sr. and Pearl Edward Jones Allrid.

Mr. Allrid is survived by his wife, Patricia Allrid of Macon; daughter, Robbie Louise Ewen of Orlando, FL; son, Robert Lee Allrid, Jr. of Mayport, FL; two grandchildren, Morgan and Eva Ewen of Orlando; sister, Anne Reynolds of Fayetteville, GA; brother, W. T. Allrid of Morrow, GA; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.

The family may be contacted at 103 Dogwood Drive.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the donor's favorite children's charity.

Hart's Mortuary has charge of arrangements.
