"Mrs Ethel Trapp of Metamora on Wednesday received a telegram from Glendale, Calif, announcing the death of her sister-in-law, Mrs Annie Dubois Trapp, wife of Dr HJ Trapp, both natives of this vicinity and residents of Metamora for years before moving to Glendale about 20 years ago. Mrs Trapp had been invalided the last nine years.
She was born in Tazewell county, daughter of Frank and Mary Schmitt Dubois. Her marriage was to Dr HJ Trapp and the couple had observed their 50th wedding anniversary.
The couple had resided in Peoria and the country west of Metamora after their marriage, moving to Metamora when Dr trapp received his degree as a veterinary surgeon. The family left for Glendale, which has since been the family home.
Survivors are the deceased's husband and children: Arthur of San Francisco, Odelia Buyse, Walter, Bernadette, and Matthew of Glendale, and 10 grandchildren.
