Samosi (Bitsoie) Arizona, daughter of Horse Rider and Semosee (Begay) Bitsoie, was born on March 1, 1906, on the Navajo Reservation when Arizona was still a territory. She married Hotchellie Arizona on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona State. In August 1953 she became a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She died on Friday December 3, 2004. She was preceded in the death by her parents; two sons; and two brothers . Samosi's interment took place at a family plot on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona State.
