Passed away Thursday at Homewood Health Care Campus.

Son of Ernest and Mary Jane Land Marling.
Married Floria "Bea" Gann November 18, 1956. She survives.
Also surviving are daughters Brenda S. Fisher and Linda (Doug) Lamb; brother Rex (Judy) Marling; sister Nancy Marling; grandchildren Aaron and Alec Heineman, and Brandon (Ashleigh) Fisher; great-grandchildren Aleah, Masen, Aaron, Avery, and Adrian "Cash" Heineman; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by brothers Charles (Diane) Marling, Charles Pipes, Ernest Eugene Marling, and Donnie Pipes, sisters Shirley Pipes and Diane Pipes Caffey, and granddaughter Adria Heineman.

A career plumber and contractor, he worked for RT Moore for 44 years.

Whitestown Fire Department volunteer firefighter for 17 years.

Member of Whitestown United Methodist Church.

Tom enjoyed working in his workshop garage, boating, fishing, spending time with his family, buying and remodeling houses, loved his cat Mickey, horse racing, and playing Texas Hold 'em.

Service 2pm Tuesday, September 19 at Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary, Lebanon.
Visitation 11am until time of service.

Memorial donations to the Humane Society of Boone County, Lebanon, IN.
