Grace married Glenn D. Haines August 21, 1935 in Kenosha and moved to Sycamore in 1946.

She is survived by: her daughter, Barbara L. (Jack) Sorrel; grandsons, Scott (Karen) Sorrel, Steven (Meg) Sorrel, and Stuart (Sonja) Sorrel; and four great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: parents; husband; and brother, Ted Peters.

Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, October 27, 2010, in The Church of St. Mary in Sycamore. Burial in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
