BURLINGTON, VT. - Jean "Gina" G. (Albarelli) Fercenia, age 93, of Burlington, passed away Monday morning, September 9th 2017 at the McClure Miller VNA Respite House in Colchester, Vt.

Born in Burlington, Vt., she was the daughter of the late Michael and Philomena (Perotta) Albarelli.

She was raised and resided in the "Little Italy" Section of the City of Burlington, Vt.

Mrs. Fercenia attended and graduated from the Cathedral Grammar and High Schools.

Mrs. Fercenia was the Receptionist for over 20 years at her daughter's "Salon Capri".

She was a devout Catholic and consummate Homemaker, caring for her family through generations. She made her home open and welcoming for all and delighted in cooking "Sunday Dinners" for family and friends.

A prolific reader, she enjoyed writing and journaling and was an avid golf, tennis and bridge player in her younger years.

Mrs. Fercenia was predeceased by her loving husband; James J. Fercenia on June 30th 1993, her parents; her father Michael Albarelli on November 20th 1973 and her mother Philomena Albarelli on October 24th 1972, her first granddaughter; Suzanne Reitwiesner, and seven brothers.

Arrangements by the Ready Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc. on 261 Shelburne Road in Burlington, Vt.

Interment will follow at the Lakeview Cemetery in Burlington, Vt.
