1. Hannah Jane Terry, born October 17, 1849 Linwood, Ontario; died July 15, 1870 Michigan, USA. She married John Jackson, son of Christopher and Elizabeth Jackson, on August 12, 1869 in Linwood, Ontario.

4. William Parshall Terry, born January 29, 1860
5. Sarah Ann Terry, born June 30, 1863

As a young fellow, David immigrated to Canada with his family. They settled in Caladon East and established a grist mill. Later, when his family returned to the United States, David remained in Canada and went to work for John Hawke, in a grist mill that Mr. Hawke had established in the village of Hawkesville. David managed the mill there for a few years.
After his marriage to Mary Ann, David bought some farming land at Linwood, Ontario.
