Antoine ''Tony'' de Ras, 75, of Alexander passed away September 7, 2017. He was born February 4, 1942 in Johannasburg, South Africa to the late Antoine M. and Helena (Kleyn) de Ras. Mr. de Ras was of Catholic faith, and a chiropractor.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betsy de Ras.
Survivors include daughters, Helen Holland (Bryan) of Sacramento, CA, Lisa Haden (Brian) of Katy, TX, Julie Engelkes (Jonathan) of Greenbrier, AR, Trudy Bennett (Blake) of Cabot, AR and Tiffany Farmer (Mitchell) of Maumelle, AR; brothers Eddy de Ras of Pretoria, South Africa, Pieter de Ras of Trafalgar, South Africa; Vincent de Ras; six grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
A time of visitation is scheduled Monday September 11, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home in Little Rock, AR. Rosary will be held at 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
Funeral services are at 10:00 AM Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at St. Theresa's Catholic Church, 6219 Baseline, Little Rock with Father Mark Wood officiating. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, AR.
