COLBY -- Druscilla Washburn, 100, passed away Thursday, June 8, 2017. She was born Oct. 3, 1916, in Sedalia, Missouri to Hubert and Benevra (Pilkington) Wieland.
Survivors: sons, Gary G. Washburn (Sue), of Lincoln, Neb., and Larry L. Washburn (Joyce), of Colby; brother, Bill Wieland, of Colby; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by: husband, Albert (1988), brothers John and George Wieland and sister Charlotte Bannister.
Visitation: 2-7 p.m. Sunday, June 11, at Kersenbrock Funeral Chapel, Colby, with vigil and rosary at 7.
Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 12, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Colby. Burial: Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Memorials: Pioneer Memorial Library or Sacred Heart School, in care of the funeral home.
