Celia Means, born 17 Jun 1817, Rockingham Co, NC; died in Nov 1886, Humboldt, NE. She married in 1837, Ira D Draper. Celia lived with her brother, Fountain Means, until her marriage and then moved with her husband to Jasper Co, IA. In 1866, they moved to Humboldt, NE where they remained until their deaths.

Charles S Draper, 72, an employee of the Burlington for over 40 years and a resident of Lincoln for 26 years, died at 5:30 am Wednesday at his home, 325 S 27th St.

Charles S Draper began his service with the Bulington, December 1885, as a Telegraph Operator at Cambridge. He worked at various points on the western division as Station Agent under Superintendent A Campbell until 1903, when he came to the Lincoln Freight House.

In the freight house, Mr Draper held clerical positions under M Scott, local agent, until his retirement and then under his successors, until December 1926, when he was retired on account of disability. Mr Draper served 41 continuous years with the road.
