Robert W. Isham Sr., 47, of Sycamore, died Tuesday, June 9, 1992, at his home.
He was born Feb. 2, 1945, in Harrodsburg, Ky., the son of Owen and Catherine Isham. He married Cynthia Morgan on March 17, 1983, in Mt. Morris.
He worked as a service manager for Gullberg and Johnson Furniture Store in Sycamore since 1960. He attended West Elementary School in Sycamore and graduated from Harrodsburg, Ky., High School.
He is survived by his wife, of Sycamore; two sons, Jon Isham of DeKalb and Rob Isham Jr. of Sycamore; a daughter, Vanessa Isham of Sycamore; an aunt, Mae Johnson, of Sycamore; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Friday at the Quiram-Sycamore Funeral Home in Sycamore with the Rev. Stephen Persson officiating. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
