Cy Saylor was married to Elizabeth. Cy was said to have been killed by Confederate soldiers someplace around Pikeville. They stabbed his eyes out. Elizabeth remarried Solomon Knuckles. She lived to be 96 and died in Bell Co, KY. Cy and Elizabeth had one son together, John Frosty Saylor.

Elizabeth "Betsy" Knuckles is "Bet Knuckles". A sister to my Lucy Helton who married Enoch Brock. "Granny Betz" is how some referred to her and she is buried on Cow Fork Road. Her stone only says "Granny Betz", no dates at all.
