She was born 3 May 1932 in Riverdale, Idaho a daughter of Milton M. and Eva Greene Neeley.
Jeneane and Dennis met in Ogden, Utah while Dennis was assigned to Hill Air Force Base. They married in Oklahoma City 19 Nov 1950. They had the opportunity to travel a lot while serving in the Air Force. Together they had five children, Deborah, Dennis, Valerie, Brenda and Daniel.
Jeneane and Dennis were Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They were married and sealed as a family 3 May 1962 in the Cardston Alberta LDS Temple. After Dennid retired in Aug 1962 they settled in Ogden, Utah close to Jeneane's family.
Dennis passed away 20 Jul 1969. Jeneane then married Conan Bingham. After he passed away she married Everett Browning.
Jeneane remained active in the LDS Church and attended the temple as often as she could.
Interment, Leavitt's Aultorest Memorial Park.
