Early Life: Kay was born February 13, 1949, in Tooele, Utah, a daughter of Merrell R. and Fern Gull Wiley. As a child, she relocated to Provo with her family, where she spent her adolescence. While attending Provo High School, she made the cheerleading squad and set about the vibrant business of boosting morale and supporting the team as they played toward their victories on the field. Charged as she was with charisma and joy of life, it wasn't long before love opened its arms to her, and Gary walked into her life.
Life's Work | Service | Interests: On June 10, 1966, Kay and Gary were married in Springville, Utah. She is the faithful and stalwart wife of Gary Brown for 51 years and a gracious mother, proud grandmother and great-grandmother. Her unwavering faith in God, strong will to live, positive attitude, and the love and prayers of her family and friends, carried her through four years of treatment.
