Sherry Lynn Woods, 64 of Beavers Ridge Road, Peebles, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday August 22, 2017. She was born September 22, 1952 in Waverly, Ohio, daughter of the late Elmer Archie and Lucille Ruth McRoberts Woods. On February 10, 1968, Sherry was united in marriage to Ralph Leon Woods who survives. Also surviving is a son, of Peebles; a daughter, and husband of Chillicothe, Ohio; three grandchildren; four brothers; three sisters.
Sherry was a member of Life Change Church at Poplar Grove and a retired Registered Nurse at Pleasant Hill Manor in Piketon.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday August 26, 2017 at Life Change Church, with Pastor Mick Whitt officiating. Burial will follow in the Woods Family Cemetery, Peebles. The family will receive friends at the Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly from 5-8 p.m. Friday and at the church one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
