Born in Wynnwood, OK, the son of the late Curtis and Mattie May Boyd, Mr. Boyd was a US Navy Veteran of WW II. He was a retired electrical engineer from RCA/GE in Moorestown.
The wife of the late Beatrice (nee Brooks), he is survived by two step-sons: James Richard Johnson and Philip Brooks Johnson; 5 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; a sister Ellen Boyd and a brother Carl Boyd. Everett is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and his brother-in-law Arthur Brooks.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mount Holly. Friends may visit on Friday from 10-11 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment with military honors will follow in the BGWCD Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery in Arneytown. Due to Cemetery restrictions on flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the New Testament Baptist Church, 27729 Mount Pleasant Rd., Columbus, NJ 08022. www.perinchief.com
