Marydel - John E. Gunter died Sunday, Aug. 13, 2017, at home surrounded by family.
Mr. Gunter was born Aug. 1, 1931, in Marydel, son of the late Eugene and Mary Gunter. He was preceeded in death by his wife of 43 years, Annetta Gunter. John was a retired George and Lynch mechanic, farmer and truck driver. He loved spending time with his family when he wasn't outside mowing, gardening or rebuilding tractors.
He is survived by his two daughters, Pamela Keis and Rhonda Horiuchi, both of Marydel; and three grandchildren, Rebekah Keis, Thomas Keis Jr. and Ryan Horiuchi Jr.
