Vernon "Vern" Hall
87 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away August 3, 2017.He was born on March 27, 1930 to the late Willard and Bertha (Bentley) Hall in Letcher Co., Kentucky. He was retired as a Sheet Metal Worker for Micro-Metal for many years. Vernon was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #17, loved traveling with his wife going on cruises wintering in Florida and playing golf. Vernon attended the Franklin Road Baptist Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was loved by so many and will be missed by everyone who knew him. Vernon is survived by his loving wife, Anna C.(Caldwell) Williams, children, Hala (Ed) Huntington, Debra (Gary)Showalter, step children, Sheila R. (Gary) McFarland, Terri L. (John) Glenn, 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several great, great grandchildren, sister, Mildred Burton, and brothers, J.R. & Henry Hall. He is preceded in death by his 1st wife Marcia Hall, his parents and 9 of his siblings. Services will be held on Monday, August 7, 2017 1 PM at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory, Stirling Gerber Chapel with visitation there from 11 AM until the service time. He will be laid to rest at Washington Park East Cemetery.
