Frankie Lee Williams, 88 of Victoria passed away on Friday July 28, 2017. She was born June 7, 1929 in Fannin, TX to Johnnie L. Williams and Ceola Wesley Williams.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, Bess G. Williams, Sr.
Visitation will be 5-7 PM Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Rosewood Funeral Chapels. Funeral services will be 10 AM, Wednesday, August 4, 2017 at First Baptist Church with Rev. Fred Hobbs officiating with burial to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
