Conflicting Chelmsford, MA vital records list her death date as June 20 and 21st, but the grave inscription is as follows: "June 26, in her 67th y." Similarly, her husband John Perham/Perrum's death is listed as, Jan. 23, 1720-21, but his grave inscription reads "Jan. 21, a. 88 y."
