They were taken sick on the same day, the one with
a lung and the other with a pleurisy fever. They died
within 48 hours of each other, and were interred in
one grave. Their remains were carried to the meet-
inghouse on the Sabbath, when an address was deli-
vered to a crowded house from 2 Sam. 1, 23 - They
were lovely and pleasant in their lives, and in their
deaths they were not divided-they were persons of
exemplary piety, useful in life, lamented at death-
have left six children and an aged father to mourn the
irreparable loss of the guides of youth and stuff of age.
