Mrs Charles Jeffrey and daughters, the misses Ruth and Phyllis Jeffrey, who had been guests of the DeBolts and Ketetrlins for the past week, left for their home in Sacramento.

Mrs Emily Lucy Jeffrey, 87, a Sacramento resident for nearly 70 years, died last night at the home of her daughter, Mrs Florence Ruth Dana, at Rhonda Way where she lived.
Mrs Jeffrey as a young woman in the 1890s was one of the early stenographers in the county courthouse. She was a native of Malvern, Iowa.
Her husband, the late Charles Edward Jeffrey, was employed by a wholesale candy firm in Sacramento.
Mrs Jeffrey was an early member of the Tuesday Club. She also belonged to the Westminster Presbyterian church and the Womens Forum.
Besides her daughter she is survived by two grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Private funeral services will be held Wednesday. Private burial will be in the Mountain View Cemetery in Oakland. Friends may call tomorrow at the Andres & Greilich Funeral Home.
