Christina “Lynn” Brooks, 51, passed away Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Conway Medical Center.
She was born January 10, 1966 in Sumter County, a daughter of Francis Hamilton and the late Patricia Carroll Hamilton.
Mrs. Brooks was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She enjoyed the time spent with her husband on the road driving long distance. She loved going to church and serving her Lord. She had two loving dogs who never left her side, Roxy & Molly.
In addition to her father, Francis Hamilton, Mrs. Brooks is survived by her husband of 27 years, Roger Dale “Leon” Brooks; one son, Ricky Brooks of Myrtle Beach; one daughter, Michelle Prince of Conway; two brothers, Robert Hamilton (Linda) of Galivants Ferry and Ernest Hamilton of Columbia; three sisters, Frances Langston (JC) of Timmonsville, Kathy Marcoux (Ron) of Conway and Patsy Rodriguez of New York; two grandchildren, Samantha & David Prince and many other family and friends who will miss her.
The family will receive friends from 5pm to 7pm Sunday, July 16, 2017 at Watson Funeral Services.
Funeral Services will be held 3pm Monday, July 17, 2017 at Watson Funeral Services Chapel with Rev. Stuart Jacobs officiating.
Burial will follow at Westside Memorial Gardens.
