Samuel Phillips Savage married (1st) 11 November 1742 in Boston, Suffolk, Boston, Sarah Tyler. Sarah was the daughter of William & Sarah (Royall) Tyler of Boston. She died in Boston 12 February 1764.

He married (2nd) in Boston 21 December 1767, Bathsheba (Thwing) Johnson. She was the daughter of Benjamin & Bathsheba (Pason), and the widow of Thomas Johnson with several children. She was born in Boston 19 January 1725, and died in Weston, Middlesex, Massachusetts 21 January 1792.

Samuel Phillips Savage removed from Boston to Weston in September 1765 and purchased a farm near the Lincoln town line which remained his home until his death.

He married (3rd) in Weston 21 January 1794, Mary Meserve or Meservie. She died in Weston in 1810.
