Sandra Finlinson Dewsnup Mork, age 79, passed away July 12, 2017 at her home in Oak City, surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 8, 1938 in Oak City Utah to Grant L. and Ann Shipley Finlinson. She married her sweetheart H. Kent Dewsnup on September 19, 1958 in the Salt Lake Temple. She was the mother of 4 children. After the death of Kent, on August 24, 1997 she married Bent J. Mork on January 11, 2003. They enjoyed 12 years of marriage until his death on February 5, 2015. Sandra was an active member of the LDS church and served in many callings. She served as Relief Society President twice, and also served in various positions in the Primary and Young Women programs. She served as a temple worker in the Manti Temple for several years. Sandra was always a caring person who loved and cared for others, always putting their needs above her own. Her legacy was being an angel of mercy to those who needed care. Her greatest love was for her family who will miss her greatly. Sandra is survived by her four children and their spouses, Russell (Denise) Dewsnup, Oak City, DeAnn (Dave) Steele, Oak City, Mark (Shannon) Dewsnup, Clearfield, Dixie (Dave) Christensen, Colorado Springs, CO. 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Brothers Robert (Cindy) Finlinson, Doug (Marianne) Finlinson, Sister RaNae (Mike) Ledingham. Bent's eight children and their families. Preceded in Death by Husbands Kent and Bent, Brother David Finlinson, Sister Janet Torrens and great grand son David Steele. Funeral Services will be held Saturday July 15 at 11:00 am in the Oak City Ward Building. Viewings will be held Friday, July 14 from 6:00-8:00 pm and Saturday morning from 9:00-10:30 at the Oak City LDS church. Burial will be in the Oak City Cemetery under the direction of Rasmussen Mortuary.
