Passed away aged 82 at a Quincy Illinois hospital. Four brothers: Louis, Edward, Albert, and Emanuel Hoffman; and two sisters: Augusta, Mrs. Henry Althoff and Louise, Mrs. Henry Rollins, predeceased him.
In addition to his widow, two sons, a brother and other family survived to mourn Otto H. Hoffman.
Reverend Philip Johnson led the funeral services held at St. Mary Catholic church, and at Calvary cemetery in Quincy Illinois. Frater Merle Hoffman and Frater Roy Hoffman, grandsons of the deceased, gave prayers at the funeral parlor, where services had also been held. Edward Hoffman and Daniel Hoffman, also grandsons of deceased, were servers during mass, at the church.
