cousin german to the late (Gilbert GOLLAN ESQr
of the Island of St Vincent in the West Indies),
who died on the 9th day of Aug 1841, aged 79 years;
and his wife JANET McTAVISH, who died on the
[blank] day of [blank], aged [blank] years.
This stone is erected by their son JOHN GOLLAN ESQr
of Gollanfield, near Fort George.
