She was born in Princeton, Illinois, on November 30, 1928, and moved to this area from Arlington, Virginia, 38 years ago. Joanne was a Program Analyst in the Naval Systems Command Headquarters, Washington, DC. She was a member of St. John's Methodist Church, the Order of the Eastern Star, and a member of the National Active & Retired Federal Employees Association.
Joanne was preceded in death by her husband, Earl L. Tucker, in 2015. She is survived by her daughter, Connie Perry (Russell), a brother, Jack Kopp, three grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held for the family at Ott-Laughlin in Winter Haven. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 2590 Havendale Blvd. NW, Winter Haven, FL, 33881.
