Meda Carol Forbes Drew Jack, 80, passed away July 5, 2017, in American Fork, Utah, while surrounded by her family after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was the third child born to Arthur Robey and Martha Louise Peterson Forbes at home on April 4, 1937, in Alpine, Utah. Carol was married to Robert E. Drew for 28 years, then later divorced. Carol married Vincent John Jack on November 11, 1994, in American Fork, Utah.
Carol loved her family who was the focus of her life. She loved gardening, photo albums, roosters and cuckoo clocks. She was very artistic and enjoyed arranging flowers. She worked at Utah State Prison and Bushman Press. She was also a homemaker and domestic goddess.
Carol is survived by her husband, Vince; children: Delbert Drew, Steven (Shawna) Drew, Denise Sampson, Kenneth Drew, Jennifer (Jon) Richardson, and James (Mindi) Jack; 17 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and two brothers: David (Janis) Forbes and Allen (LaRae) Forbes. Carol is preceded in death by her daughter, Pam Alleman; a grandson, Bryson Drew; and great-grandson, Chanse Drew.
