Mr. James Adams Bailey, 67 of Frisco City, AL, passed away Wednesday, July 05, 2017 at his home.

Mr. Bailey was born and raised in Monroe County and he attended Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

After graduating high school, Mr. Bailey went to Reid State Technical where he learned to be a mechanic.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Irvin W. Bailey Jr. and Rosie Lee Smith Bailey, two brothers; Larry and John Bailey and one sister; Betty Jean Hart.

Survivors include his two daughters; Chan Turner of Indiana and Mandy Powell and husband Chadd of Evergreen, AL, a brother; Roy Bailey and wife Ann of Frisco City, AL, two sisters; Gracie Souto and husband Jack of Georgia, and Suzette Rawls and husband Roger of Mexia, AL . Six grandchildren; Dessire Combs, James White Bailey, Alexandria Powell, Braydon Burrell and Brian Powell. One Great Grandchild; Micha Combs.

Funeral Services for Mr. Bailey will be Saturday, July 08, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Toney McMillian officiating.

Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 08, 2017 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. service time at the church.
