"CENTRAL BRIDGE --- Miss Evelyn A. Petteys, 59, of Central Bridge, died Sunday after a long illness. Born in the Town of Florida, Montgomery County, Miss Petteys had lived in the area most of her life. She was a member of Sloansville Baptist Church. Surviving are a brother, Richard M. Petteys of Central Bridge; a sister, Mrs. Gail Van Aller of Bell Garden, Calif., and several nieces and nephews. The Rev. Olaf Johnson, pastor of Central Bridge Methodist Church, will conduct the funeral service at 2 p. m. Thursday at the Clark Funeral Home, Central Bridge. There will be no calling hours.
