Marjorie Cahoon Moore, 75, of the 800 block of Mayfield Ave., died April 28, 1999, at a local hospital. Born in Lumberton, N.C., she was a lifetime resident of Norfolk.
She is survived by two daughters, Jeanne C. Dilday and Anne C. Quesenberry, both of Virginia Beach; a son, Allen Cahoon Sr. of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Mary Wheeler of South Hill, Va., and Katherine Maxwell of Virginia Beach; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Van Wheeler. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
