Services for Mrs. Ina Merle Harris of Wolfforth will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, at First Baptist Church in O'Donnell with ministers Ben Edwards and Richard Harbison officiating. Burial will be in the O'Donnell Cemetery under the direction of White Funeral Home of Tahoka. She died April 17, 2004, after a lengthy illness.

She was born in O'Donnell on Dec. 26, 1928. She married Joe L. Harris on Feb. 9, 1948, in O'Donnell. She was a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Denver City where she taught in the youth department. She was preceded in death by her parents, C.J. and Edna Beach; two brothers, Ralph and Charles Beach; and three sisters, Lorene Thompson, Alice Beach and John Ellen McLauren.

Survivors include her husband of home; three sons, Joe A. Harris and wife Margarette, R. Gail Harris and wife Paula, all of Richardson, and Philip L. Harris of Lubbock; five grandchildren, Beth, Andrew, Rachel, Taylor and Alex; and a sister, Peggy Pen n of Odessa.
