EXETER – James F. Crocker, 85, died June 30, 2017 at a Bangor hospital. He was born September 30, 1931 in Winn, a son of Arden and Lillian (Jarvis) Crocker. He served in the U. S. Army during the Korean War.
James retired from Eastland Woolen Mill in Corinna, and was a member of the American Legion, VFW, and was an active member of the Maine Country Music Association and the Downeast Country Music Association.
He is survived by his wife Nancy ( Harris) Crocker; 5 sons, Ricky and Lori of Florida, Ronnie and Wanda of Exeter, Rodney and Colleen of Pittsfield, Rusty of Dexter, Raymond and Wannita of Corinna; 2 daughters, Carol and Kenny Kimball of Exeter, Karen and Chuck Libby of Parkman; many grandchildren and great grandchildren
James was predeceased by his son Roger, granddaughters Elizabeth and Mindy; as well as 13 brothers and sisters.
A military committal service will be at the Crowell Cemetery, Cider Hill Road, Exeter. (Crosby & Neal Chapel, 68 Exeter Road, Corinna)
