Neomi Frances JoAnn Morgan was the daughter of Robert "Roscoe" Morgan and Myrtle Pearl Glodo. She married J.D. Richardson on December 27, 1947 in Franklin, Robertson Co., Texas. They had four children together: Roger Dean, James Donald, Carl Edward, and Clayton Eugene.

Obituary - The Eagle, Bryan, Texas - Neoma Richardson Cheatham - Funeral services for Neoma Richardson Cheatham, 53, of Ava, Illinois, will be at 2 p.m. today at the Hillier Funeral Home Chapel in Bryan, with the Rev. Bob Waldman officiating.

Burial will be in Nesbitt Cemetery, near Calvert. Arrangements are by Hillier Funeral Home.

Mrs. Cheatham died Tuesday in Ava.

She was a native of Raddle, Illinois, and was the owner of Joe's Craft Shop in Ava.

She was proceded in death by two sons, Roger Richardson in 1969 and Carl Edward Richardson in 1954.

Survivors include her husband, Rollie Edward Cheatham of ava; two sons and daughters-in-law, James D. and Joyce Richardson of Hearne and Clayton E. and Connie Richardson of Bryan; two brothers, Bob Brown and Jack Brown, both of Ava; three sisters, Betty Claussen, Jerry Holcom and Kitty Moore, all of Ava; and four grandchildren.
