EARLY — Freddy J. Bullard, 85, of Brownwood, died Saturday in a local nursing home.
Freddy was born on December 17, 1931 in Rising Star, Texas to T.R. (Pete) and Inez Brown Bullard.
He was a graduate of Brownwood High School and attended Brownwood Business School.
He served in the United States Army during the Korean conflict. A lifelong resident of Brownwood, he was a member of the Victory Baptist Church and a retired painter.
Survivors include his daughters, Diane McMahon of Covington and Janelle Surpreant and husband Dan of Grand Prairie; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren; brothers Buster, Billy, Buddy, Bobby and Mike Bullard; sisters, Monette King and Patsy Dickerson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
