Bio
I am retired from Aerospace and devote my volunteer time to the Genealogy and Local History Research branch of the Brownwood Public Library across from the County Courthouse at 213 S. Broadway. Our hours are 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday. I am a past President of the Pecan Valley Genealogical Society here in Brown County, Texas.
Elkin Cemetery was the first of many rural cemeteries I am photographing markers in and updating new internments. I also am working on lost & abandoned cemeteries and cemeteries just across county lines.
I am a member of the Brown County Historical Commission and a Trustee for the Brownwood Public Library System. I volunteer my time to research historical events, people and places for persons with reasonable requests.
