Tiffany was born in Vicksburg, MS and baptized at Gibson Memorial Church where her parents and grandparents were members. She was a graduate of Warren Central High School and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. From a young age she had a desire to help the sick and ill and to fulfill her passion of healing and caring for people She continued her education at Hinds Junior College, receiving a Nursing Degree. She was employed by the U.S. Army’s Landstuhl Regional Medical Center located in Landstuhl, Germany for several years, caring for the injured Army troops who were fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan. After returning to the United States from Germany, she went to work for the Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville, North Carolina where she was currently employed.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Murphy Holtschneider; grandparents, James and Lois Murphy.
Survivors include one daughter, Logan Tailor Grimes of Asheville; a brother, Jeffrey Wayne Dahl (Elena & Dylan) of Melbourne, FL; parents, Wayne Dahl (Melanie) of Melbourne, FL; Stan Holtschneider of Harleysville, PA; her grandparents, Guy & Cynthia Benton of Melbourne, FL; her aunt, Ms Linda M. Oubre of Gulf Shores, AL; and one uncle, Ken Dahl (Dana) of Yorktown, VA.
Tiffany will be remembered for her infectious humor, off-the-wall personality and giving spirit by all who knew, loved and worked with her.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. on Monday, June 19 at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home, 1830 Cherry St., in Vicksburg. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
